• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm PayLid, or the interests or property of PayLid users;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

PayLid grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of PayLid. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

PayLid attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, PayLid does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PayLid itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from PayLid are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent as we view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing-in to your account.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. PayLid does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use PayLid.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PayLid reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Eligibility and Types of Accounts.

To be eligible for our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or one of the countries listed on the PayLid global page.

Identity Authentication.

You authorize PayLid, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, ordering a credit report and verifying your Information against third party databases or through other sources.

Account Limits.

We may, at our discretion, impose limits on the amount of money you can load into your PayLid account through our Service. You can view your account limit, if any, by logging into your. If you have verified your funding sources with us, we may increase the amount of, or remove, your account limits.

Account Balances

You do not need to maintain a Balance in your Account in order to complete transactions. If you do hold a Balance, PayLid will hold your funds separate from its corporate funds, will not use your funds for its operating expenses or any other corporate purposes and will not voluntarily make your funds available to its creditors in the event of bankruptcy. While your funds are in our custody. PayLid may combine your funds with the funds of other users and place those Pooled Accounts in one or more bank accounts in PayLid's name. Balances in U.S. Dollars that are held in Pooled Accounts may be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance. You agree that you will not receive interest or other earnings on the funds that PayLid handles as your agent and places in Pooled Accounts. In consideration for your use of the Service, you irrevocably transfer and assign to PayLid any ownership right that you may have in any interest that may accrue on funds held in Pooled Accounts. This assignment applies only to interest earned on your funds, and nothing in this Agreement grants PayLid any ownership right to the principal of the funds you maintain with PayLid. In addition to or instead of earning interest on Pooled Accounts, PayLid may receive a reduction in fees or expenses charged for banking services by the banks that hold your funds. You can withdraw money from the Account ONLY by making purchases on PayLid portal.

FEES AND PRICES

Opening a PayLid account is free. We do charge fees for using other services, such as funding your account and at our discretion we may add certain transaction fees for purchases made through our portal. Transaction fees are typically calculated as a flat fee plus a percentage of total purchase (e.g  $0.30 +  2.9%)

When you use any of our services that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged; the fees we charge may change from time to time. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free listing days) or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the sites.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our sites and services in a timely manner with a valid payment method.

The List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself plus additional transaction fees built in by PayLid to cover our operating expenses. In addition, for items that are delivered to the recipient, PayLid gives you a choice of delivery methods and associated costs for such deliveries are borne by you. Your total purchase amount is charged at the time you place your order.

The currency exchange rate is determined by PayLid based on the current market price and may include a 2.5% spread which applies when PayLid undertakes or performs currency conversion.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. PayLid reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant PayLid a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant PayLid and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify PayLid for all claims resulting from content you supply. PayLid has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. PayLid takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting PayLid.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PayLid.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to PayLid.com or to products or services sold or distributed by PayLid or through PayLid.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $250 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
